Company is the depot control surface: customers, pickups, routes, drivers, vehicles, invoices, WTNs, and settings.
It is not a generic TMS — every status is shaped for used cooking oil collection.
Day-one path
1. Complete company profile and compliance region (UK, EU, US, or India).
2. Invite a dispatcher seat and at least one driver seat.
3. Add 5–10 client sites with addresses and typical litre estimates.
4. Create pickups for today, assign drivers, open the live board.
5. Confirm WTN pack fields match your region before the first collected job.
Board truth
Pending, assigned, on route, collected, and delivered are first-class.
If a driver completes offline, the board updates when the van reconnects — do not re-key the job.
